Medical courses taught via Distance Education. Course objectives broken into 4 modules that corresponded with weeks 1 through 4 of the clinical internships. Worked collaboratively with the didactic students, clinical students, Pa Program, Admissions, Counseling, and Alumni Relations. Attended and lead staff meetings, retreats, board of director meeting, Program director meetings including ARC-PA site visits. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability by addressing barriers to receiving, negotiating, and validating accurate medical affiliation agreements for clinical rotation/internship placements. Maintained and prepared master Physician Assistant Program data necessary for ARC-PA Accreditation reporting and site visits. Developed and executed presentations on IPE (Interprofessional Education) with a diverse group of colleagues and students from a variety of local Colleges and Universities. The program permitted the students and staff to learn together and cultivate a collaborative practice for providing patient centered health care.
