In my capacity as a consultant at Geek Squad I assisted many clients by diagnosing and repairing their devices. Whether it was a desktop, laptop, phone or any other weird unusual device, if it was electronic I would try to fix it and make it better for my clients.I learned to work with other consultants and advanced repair agents as a team and I made sure that we were efficient and productive to an exacting standard.Using my encyclopedic knowledge of computer hardware I was able to help not just repair devices but educate coworkers and clientele on how to better take care of their devices and maintain them for longevity.

As a staff supervisor at a catering company I specialized in wedding events and corporate event management.In the staff supervisor role I would often be in charge of managing the front of house staff and coordinating them in their interactions with guests and their execution of our events itinerary. I trained many of our newer or younger staff in their roles and tasks. I lead by example in station design, table service, client interactions and dialogues, timeline execution and anything else within the scope of our incredibly high standard of presentation and form.

In my first job back when I was in high school I was a full time IT support consultant helping both students and staff. Solving tickets and updating infrastructure from installing new wireless APs to updating all desktops on campus from Windows7 to Windows10.
