CurrentAs a Talent Acquisition Manager, I partner with the leadership team in order to understand their business priorities and provide strategic input on current and future hiring needs. I lead a team of 9 Talent Acquisition Consultants/Recruiters. My team and I manage the end to end recruitment process. I drive and supervise the achievement of hiring targets including time to fill, cost per hire, diversity and stakeholders’ satisfaction. I empower the team and provide tools, strategies and guidance that will allow them to succeed in their role. When the team needs me, I am ready to step in any time to recruit at all levels. I also train hiring managers on being a great Talent Scout, ways to elevate their personal branding and interview techniques.
