I have more than 8 years of professional Talent Acquisition experience. I began my career as a Management Associate where I led projects in HR, Sales, Marketing and IT. I also had close to 3 years of experience being an external Recruitment Consultant where I partnered with Fortune 500 companies to build their finance team. I was consistently the top 5% fee earners in whole of Asia. As a Talent Acquisition Manager for HP, I drive and lead a team of 9 talent acquisition consultants and supervise the achievement of hiring targets for the region. I partnered with Hiring Managers to help shape their team and provide solution and strategies for existing talent gaps. I am also the lead for Diversity Hiring in APJ. On top of my day job, I am the co-chair for Pride Business Impact Network. Beyond that, I enjoy reading, going to music festivals/concerts, watching documentaries/military shows.
