My streamlined automated service processes reduced policy servicing time from 15 minutes to just 1 minute, resulting in a remarkable 98% customer satisfaction rate. I also optimized document management systems for regulatory compliance.

At Entrata, I collaborated with stakeholders to relaunch Entrata Pricing. I helped introduce if/then workflows in Message Center. I also was part of the product team for Entrata Royale, a performance and coaching platform that gamified daily activities, increasing job satisfaction and reducing employee churn from 3 months to 2 years. Lastly, I was able to refine the roadmap for Online Applications.
