Client Success Manager
Current•Oversee the implementation and onboarding of new client accounts in collaboration with third party client network to build long-lasting relationships •Manage 200+ accounts, maximizing client engagement through demoing new product features and functionality specific to their user experience•Track churn and manage customer retention and scalability using Gainsight and Hubspot •Act as voice of the client through cross-departmental efforts in product improvement with our Support, Partnerships, and Engineering teams •Facilitate training and onboarding of new CSMs, including creating SOPs and shadowing client calls
