Associate Creative Director: Video & Photo
Current-Collaborate with the CMO and Head of Creative to define the vision and strategic direction for our visual brand identity.-Lead initiatives aimed at refining creative processes, fostering seamless collaboration, and enhancing communication across multifunctional teams.-Tailor content creation timelines and objectives to align with both request-driven and vision-led initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation.-Lead the entire video production process from scriptwriting and storyboarding to budgeting, resource allocation, filming, and post-production editing.-Strategize and execute comprehensive video strategies across diverse platforms and social media channels, driving heightened brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.-Conceptualize and produce a wide array of video content spanning client narratives, internal communications, promotional campaigns, product marketing, recruitment efforts, training materials, and more.-Champion technological innovation within the creative domain, spearheading the exploration, development, and testing of cutting-edge tools and processes to elevate creative output.-Deploy and oversee a Media Asset Management (MAM) system for streamlined asset organization and enhanced remote team access-Eager to leverage skills in a dynamic team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
