• Designed and developed a scalable solution to convert our mission-critical scheduler-based data transfer infrastructure to be event-driven. Effectively making data transfers between our different platforms/services over 30,000% faster. Used technologies such as messaging queues (Salesforce Pub Sub API, Google Pub Sub), PostgreSQL, and caching with 95%+ test coverage.• Created and implemented a new CI/CD pipeline utilizing Git Hub Actions, Docker, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, and Kubernetes.• Designed and implemented Braze integration into the code base, enabling the marketing team to gain greater control and visibility over marketing emails/analytics. Leveraged Airflow, Google Cloud Storage, and Google Big Query to extract, transform, and load Braze event data to Big Query.• Automated our agent verification process by utilizing APIs from DocuSign, Sharepoint, Salesforce, and Braze.
