My role is to create clarity, connection and community among Advisors to the ambitious™, the EY professionals who work with these clients.Key achievements so far:✔ Business partnering with senior leaders and a broad network of communications professionals with a private client remit✔ Introducing new approach to communications planning and governance✔ Managing change communications as part of a planned organization-wide split (Project Everest) and transformation of EY's Global Markets function - now preparing for a new CEO and strategy✔ Designing and establishing global community of 2,700 Global Account Leaders, including GALx series of inspirational webcasts✔ Creating and delivering AI training for diverse teams across EY✔ Leading communications for EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™, the ultimate global competition for entrepreneurs✔ Expanding EY Private community by 5x to reach 45,000 professionals serving private clients✔ Redesigning and relaunching the EY Private Hub microsite
