My role in the bet365 Partners Team consisted of retaining and developing existing business and to ensure a strong relationship was maintained between bet365 and its established affiliate partners.I always approached my work with a strong sense of professionalism and my aim was always to deal with my affiliates in an open and honest way conducive to a strong working relationship. By working closely with bet365's partners, I established mutually beneficial deals and allowed for affiliates to develop and grow whilst simultaneously improving revenues and other key performance metrics for the operation.

I spent a year working as an Undergraduate Trainee with bet365 as a part of my four year sandwich degree, which eventually lead to a full time role with the Affiliate Marketing Team at the company.Ranging from first-line customer support to highly specialised non-customer facing departments, I gained a sound working knowledge of the bet365 operation and the online gaming industry in general. I learnt to manage teams of up to 40 people in highly pressurised environments as well as developing key skills in relation to professional standard communications, data processing & presentation, and managing relationships with sizeable advertising partners of the company.
