Working at NCJUA afforded me several wonderful opportunities. One of the major projects I was responsible for was leading development of a new web application in ASP.NET C# MVC that guides applicants through a multi-step grant application process and takes input from multiple parties and systems: https://strengthenyourroof.com/. I was also able to quickly acquire knowledge in a Java/XML insurance system to perform extensive customizations for a new line of business. Throughout my time here, I crafted user interface improvements focused on workflow efficiency and user-centered design. Finally, I adapted the design of the business website to meet modern web standards and styles.

During my time at Measurement, my work was mostly centered around completing bug fixes in a legacy ASP.NET C# WebForms application. While I was able to brainstorm and implement some new functionality, the bulk of my duties involved becoming very familiar with debugging workflows and investigating and resolving known problems. Additionally, in an effort to advance our team's understanding of the system, I created easily understandable application process documentation in Microsoft Visio. Finally, I also had the pleasure to complete an intensive agile training course and be a part of successfully implementing agile methodologies.
