This includes identifying and mitigating potential hazards, conducting regular safety audits and inspections, and providing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence.As the leader in fire safety, establishing and maintaining effective fire prevention and emergency response protocols. This involves conducting risk assessments, installing appropriate fire safety equipment, organizing drills and exercises, and ensuring that employees are well-prepared to handle any fire-related incidents.Sustainability and environmental protection are also key aspects of my role. I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies that minimize Lucky Cement's environmental impact, such as reducing waste generation, conserving resources, and implementing energy-efficient practices.
