Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of Business implementation projects to our BU channels: Horeca, Modern Trade and Export. Taking over responsibility as a project team leader in the projects and my principal activities are: • Analyze business requirements and drawing new processes with the business owner (Collections and BBP)• Manage SAS reporting for monitoring: IT KPI (service levels) and Beer Sales• CRM integration and Sales Force optimization (B2B Portal)• Mapping Critical Scenarios, manage, define activities and coordinate: IT System Test, User Acceptance Test and Regression Test plan (eg: Upgrade SAP CRM from release 4.0 to CRM 7.0)• Analysis and Manage Business Reorganization and Acquisition of new companies(eg: Scottisch&Newcastle) • Our Wholesales Roll-in from an no SAP system to an SAP R/3 system • Application Maintenance and Continuons Improvements• Manage the communication to the project stakeholders about the activities plan, test result and their status• Engage with key business stakeholders in defining requirements• Provide effort estimates required to deliver proposed changes • Resource planning and forecasting• Manage Corporate Portal coordinating users tests for monthly Release Management and for Local Improvement.

I worked on MySAP CRM 3.1 – CIC integrated with an IS-U system for an utilities client: AEM Milan. I supported the client with new programming interfaces. I worked to the initial data loads from IS-U to CRM and checked the middleware communication.I supported the client to the implementation a workflow on IS-U system and CRM system.

I worked on MySAP CRM CIC 4.0 - Interaction Center Web Client in the IVECO project an automotive company in Turin. I mainly developed BSP page (html+ABAP) and BADI for the following projects:• Billing Fuel Card• Customer satisfaction: outbound telephone call to Target Group• Customer care: Remote Assistance truck Service

I worked in three SAP installation projects for three important customers, such as Enichem 2000, Api and Coca-Cola Italy. I was a technical analyst on FI-SD-MM modules. I mainly developed interface, sapscripts, batch-input, idoc and module-poll.
