• EP Procurement Executive:- Lead and manage procurement activities.- Lead the team to implement company procurement strategy, distributing RFQ/RFI (Request for quotation/inquiry) package to team members according to procurement strategy, expertise and workload.- Manage and measeure the performance of team members and reporting of progress on the project procurement activities.- Prepare and monitor procurement plan for projects. Directs and gives guidance to the assigned project procurement and project team-members- Procurement of main equipments and services of EPC projects; such as bypass stack, cooling tower, water treatment plant, water intake system, gas compressors, air compressor, pumps, heat exchangers, boilers, storage tanks, pressure vessels, basic engineering services, third party services etc.- Commercial negotiations with suppliers.- Conducting the contract negotiations.- Ensuring vendor performance meets contractual requirements by leading and managing the vendor relationships.- Preparing weekly, monthly basis reports to General Manager and Procurment and Logistic Director. These reports are; Monthly Executive Reports (Summary of procurement values, workload reports, RFQ follow up schedule report, payment report, progress reports)- Support business development and tendering team by collecting budgetary offers from vendors and preparing opening budget for possible projects. Preparing vendor list for upcoming projects and tenders.- Review, assess and improve procurement policies, processes and procedures.• Projects:- 432 MW Zerger SCPP (Turkmenistan)- Kuzey Marmara Underground Natural Gas Storage Project (Turkey)- Major Tie-Ins DS7 Facilities Project -Exxon Mobil (Basrah, Iraq)

• Procurement Specialist:- Issue the inquiries (RFQ’s) at local and foreing market for all the equipment, material & subcontract involved in the project.- Negotiation on commercial terms with suppliers.- Prepare and present bid commercial evaluation that includes all commercial considerations.- Conducting the contract negotiations. - Procurement of the mechanical equipments such as bypass stack, profiles, pumps, valves, pipes and fittings etc...- Following up the with the supplier for the scheduled delivery of the goods and follow up the invoices.- Preparing supplier visit report to the procurement management.- Analizing the cost of the purchased parts by preparing cost breakdowns.- Market research for alternative suppliers for globally.- Preparing the performance indicator results.• Projects:- 3x50 MW Ahal-Mary-Lebap SCPP (Turkmenistan)- 530 MW Al-Khums SCPP (Libya)- 230 MW Gardabani CCPP (Uzbekistan)- 250 MW Ahal-2 SCPP (Turkmenistan)- 500 MW Derweze SCPP (Turkmenistan)- 254 MW Watan SCPP (Turkmenistan)- 1574 MW Mary-3 CCPP (Turkmenistan)

• Purchasing Engineer:- Conducting the (local-foreign) purchasing process of industrial and indirect materials.- Procurement of the purchasing parts. To reduce the cost and improve the procurement process, make annual agreements.- Developing negotiation strategy to achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.- Follow up delivery performance of the suppliers and collaborate with suppliers to improve performance.- To get better purchasing opportunities, creates and develops alternative supplier sources which are able to supply suitable product quality and provides delivery performance.- Creating the cost reduction ideas and creating 6 sigma projects ideas.

• Product Engineer:- Planing the stock level of import products- Conducting Purchase and Procurement of the import product.- Market research for the alternative suppliers- Solving the technical problems that customers faced with.- Technical support to sales department and customers- Preparing catalogue and technical data sheets.
