Follow-up of notifications made to the company via EKAP. -Preparing the administrative and technical specifications for the tenders reported from the sales unit. -Examining the administrative and technical specifications and drafting contracts in terms of documents that need to be submitted. -Preparing the addendum and complaint request submitted by the sales department in the relevant law format. Ensuring that it is sent via EKAP or directly to the relevant Institution within the required time. -Preparing the documents required by the relevant legislation in the administrative specifications. -After ensuring the completeness of the tender dossier, ensure that it is signed by the authorities and delivered to the relevant Institution within the deadline. Electronic tenders, ensuring that the offer is sent to the Authority from the electronic public tender platform within the deadline. -Preparing the bid prices given in the tender as unit prices on the Excel table and notifying the sales unit by e-mail. -Organizing the signing of the contract by authorized persons throughout its duration. -Preparing the time extension/final change petitions submitted by the sales unit during the tender and organizing their timely submission to the relevant Institution. -Registering documents and products to ÜTS, the database of the Ministry of Health, and keeping up to date. -ÜTS monitoring the effective and timely approval of product registrations. - Reviewing existing or ongoing records and document change requests that may affect product supply. -Following internal and external legislation procedures and changes. -Following the tender announcements via DMO, notifying the sales department by e-mail within the required time, and ensuring that the offers are forwarded through the system. - Following SSI Reimbursement Medical Equipment Application Processes.
