Senior Communications Manager
Current-Serve on BFF's leadership team, help shape BFF's overall organizational strategy and message, and incorporate communications and marketing into serving BFF's strategic objectives.Develop and manage a multi-channel integrated communications and marketing strategy that leverages owned and earned channels, engages key audiences, and yields measurable leads and action.Own BFF's brand, organizational voice, and visual identity. Define org-wide messaging, develop tailored narratives for specific audiences, and provide guidance and oversight to ensure alignment and consistency with BFF's core messaging across a range of outward-facing materials. Work collaboratively with other team leads to develop language and messaging that connects PRP's core messaging with team specific needs.Lead a communications and thought leadership strategy that elevates BFF's brand, increases its reach, and further establishes expertise and credibility.Manage and support external contractorsOversee the development and execution of segmented email campaigns, website content and strategy, and social media content to educate, engage, and activate key audiences. Manage and help grow BFF's communications and marketing team, including recruitment, hiring and professional development for team members.Develop and oversee processes for effective cross-organizational collaboration related to communications and marketing functions.Utilize and support BFF's teams and partners in communicating effectively about the organization and its work.Partner with the Co-Executive Directors and Development Director to develop and execute a donor communications strategy that helps to acquire, engage, and retain supporters and donors.
