I am a fully qualified Architect and registered member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI), with 1+ years’ post qualification experience and 3+ years Architectural Assistant (Part 2) experience working for BDP (Building Design Partnership) Architects. I have gained varied experience within both public and private sectors across a wide range of sectors including Education, Sport, Retail, Food & Beverage, Office, Leisure and Interior Design. I have worked with a number of third level institutes including Maynooth University, IADT, TU Dublin Blanchardstown Campus and Waterford Institute of Technology, to develop and implement masterplans and deliver building projects. These include MU Campus Masterplan, MU Sports and Community Engagement Cluster, Interior Design Services as part of MU Social Spaces Project and NDFA Higher Education PPP Bundle 1.In addition, I have worked with public bodies including Louth County Council on Drogheda Civic Offices, a Conservation project which involves the refurbishment and adaptation of a number of existing Protected Structures and a National Monument. I was involved throughout Stage 2a and Stage 2b of St. Marys Secondary School, a new model of Dept. of Education and Seconday School for 600 Girls in Ballina. I gained on-site knowledge as part of the team which delivered the complex redevelopment of the Royal Hibernian Way Mall, Dublin 2 which involved public-realm landscaping works of the existing arcade streetscape and shell and core of a new Food and Beverage anchor unit for a commercial private client.I am currently working with the Galway Races to masterplan and deliver the Galway Racecourse Parade Ring & Eastern End Redevelopment project.I am highly proficient in REVIT having developed numerous fully coordinated and data rich Revit models professionally as part of a multi-disciplinary team. I am skilled in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, the Adobe Suite and MS Office.I have excellent communication and presentation skills, a keen design eye as well as a passion for architecture and design.
