Project: SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Abu DhabiAbout the Project:SeaWorld is a marine life theme park and animal research, rescue & rehabilitation center which is currently being built on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The park will host multiple guest experiences, it will be showcasing a large variety of animals from the land and seas, there will be multiple roller coaster and guest attractions as well as scuba diving and animal interactive opportunities.Roles and responsibilities:Early project stages, I was involved in the procurement of all project related packages and dealing with all commercial / tendering processes.I am currently involved with the creative design development, overall coordination and execution of theming and theming related elements. o Reviewing of creative and design drawings, shop drawings, story boards, material submittals and 3D models from all theming consultants and contractors. o Reviewing of mock-ups, samples, models and scaled models of artificial rockwork (out of water & submerged), props, play structures, first in place articles, internal and submerged architectural facades, themed restaurant and retail elements. o Themed guest experiences/interactives which include animal exhibits (jewel tanks & aquariums), public shows, games, roller coasters, underwater caves, touch pools, artificial foliage/landscapes, thematic painted walls and murals.

Project: Dubai Hills Regional Mall.About the project:Dubai Hills Mall formed an integral part of the Dubai Hills Estate development. It consisted of 750 000m2 of built up area over two floors that catered to over 650 retail and F&B outlets including family entertainment offerings, a cinema, hypermarkets and an enclosed roller coaster.Roles and responsibilities:• I was involved with all Architectural internal and external finishes & accessories. o Facades, floors, walls, ceilings, BOH & FOH, shop fronts.• Project coordination between all scopes of work and trades.• Superimposing coordinated working drawings.• Documentation - Raising of RFI's, compiling reports, spreadsheets and collation of various schedules, construction updates and trackers.• Reviewing of various drawings, information & specifications.• Workshops & development meetings with client, consultant and contractors.• Shop drawings – plans, elevations, details, sections, RCP & structural drawings.• Managing draughtsman for shop drawing submissions.

Project: Bvlgari Hotel Resort & Residences - 2016 to 2018About the project: Bvlgari Hotel Resort & Residences is a mixed use, multi functional project that was built on a man-made island off the shore of Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE. This project consisted of a variety of buildings and attractions including high end residential 'mansions', medium rise residential apartment units with penthouse suits, Yacht Club, Bvlgari Hotel, Villas, landscape and infrastructure works as well as utility and service buildings.Roles and responsibilities: My position as an Architect had me involved in a coordinator role between all the various trades and divisions ranging from Architectural, structural, MEP, fit-out, landscaping, facades, finishes etc.• Preparation of working drawings and fully coordinated drawings for fire and life safety teams, security drawings, mechanical HVAC.•Shop drawings of details, floor plans, elevations and sections.•Project coordination between all scopes of work and trades.•Documentation - raising of RFI's compiling reports, spreadsheets and collation of various trackers and schedules.•Reviewing of contractor material submittals, shop drawings, design sketches, IFC's, and various subcontractor/consultant information.

Completed a 3-month architectural internship with Alec in Dubai from March to June 2013 and was involved in various workshop drawings, ceiling plans, drainage sections, raising RFI's and coordinating information between design and site operation teams.
