I led the implementation of several processes that enabled: - to improve significantly the Cash Conversion Cycle (reduced AR overdues by 1.1 M€ and slow moving inventories by 1.0 M€), - to build a strong and sustainable internal control and better control the costs (reduced audit observations from 16 to 3, implemented an electronic workflow for purchasing demand approval and invoices approval, negotiated payroll outsourcing), - to get appropriate tools to be able to drive the business (implemented detailed production & sales reporting, modelled a forecasting tool, designed a Budget construction detailed by assumptions).Managed a 6 people team, oversaw the 2 legal entities books keeping under US GAAP and French GAAP and managed a legal entity in Poland before initiating the transfer to France.
