My Toolmaking spans over 18years with 4 years of such only done machining on vertical machining centres with Fanuc controllers. Cutting paths have been layed down utilizing Cimitron and Delcam Powermill. The assembly side of toolmaking is varied utilizing small shop prinicples on small plastic injection moulds, builds of compression smc moulds all the way up to massive shops in Windsor having 40 foot ceilings and double head 50 ton gantry cranes flipping and spotting doorskin and fascia moulds.
