As a former foster child, raised in group homes, homeless shelters and Prisons throughout Pennsylvania and New York, Damon is able to empathize with at-risk-youth, justice-impacted individuals and low-income parents concerning the challenges we face in our efforts to move forward. By incorporating a "Dedication to Change" philosophy in his life, Damon has been able to work in a Management capacity for 10 years for several Organizations, leading teams of 10 to 20 employees in the Tri-State area, own and operate several businesses, obtain certifications in Talent Management, Career Development from the Drexel, Goodwin College of professional studies and work with 20 or more Fortune 500 companies. Damon decided to turn his passion into a reality by Founding Optimal Visionary Solutions in 2023. Our objective is to foster an ideology of "I Can Do" attitude into our staff, clients and partners as we work together to move forward with success.

The 4-Ever Healthy Wellness journey began in 2012 when Damon Williams was experiencing health issues including depression, obesity, bad eating habits and high blood pressure. His weight increased from a normal weight of 185 to 300 lbs in 12 months. In an effort to take control of his health, Damon decided to embark on a wellness journey that changed his life. He began to incorporate a 4 step strategy that includes:1). Understanding the risk associated with bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle. 2). The Benefits of regular physical activity.3). Nutrition, Healthy foods, Good Eating Habits.4). Maintain A Healthy Lifestyle.By incorporating this concept in his personal life, Damon was able to lose 100 lbs, lower his waist size from a size 44 to a 34, increase metabolism, lower stress hormones, build lean muscle and other related health benefits. In an effort to help peers reap the same or better results, Damon Williams started The 4-Ever Healthy Wellness Program in 2014. We operated as a Fitness and Nutrition company from 2014 to 2019. Our services included weight management, exercise training, nutrition consultation services, healthy food products including smoothies and wellness bowls. We were able to assist 15 people lose weight, increase physical activity and develop healthy eating habits.Damon Williams, decided to try his hand in American food by opening the Deliciously Made Cafe from 2021 to 2023. The dream of combining fitness and nutrition continues to burn in Damon’s heart and mind. As a result, we decided to close Deliciously Made Cafe doors in 2023 and reestablish our brand, "4-Ever Healthy Wellness" in an effort to focus our attention on providing wellness products and services that help others maintain a healthy lifestyle.
