- Developing full design packages from conceptual phase to client sign-off including 3D models, ID plans & elevations, exterior concepts and FFE specifications.- Finalizing and reviewing the design team's ID plans and FFE packages for technical accuracy and preparation for city permit submissions- Managing client relations and timelines for projects from start to finish- Presenting designs to clients; Communicating with clients and solving issues and concerns to ensure project success and client satisfaction- Coordinating the implementation of completed design packages through site visits and continued communication with builders, trades and suppliers
