Or Mars is a Vice President of The Wexner Foundation where he focuses on the development of Jewish professional and volunteer leaders in North America, and public leaders in Israel. Or holds an MSW in Planning and Community Organizing from the University of Southern California and an MA in Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College. He also has a post-graduate certificate in Philosophy of Education through the Mandel Institute. In addition to being a leadership educator Or is an executive coach and a trained meditation teacher. Or integrates many schools of thought into his work including Adaptive Leadership, Immunity to Change, Difficult Conversations, Non-violent Communication, mentoring, public narrative, family systems theory, and mindfulness practice. He lives in Columbus, Ohio.
