I am a partner in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s litigation and investigations practice, specialising in the financial services sector. I have acted on some of the most high profile regulatory investigations and litigation in that sector. I have represented firms and individuals in front of regulators and competition authorities from a range of different institutions in the UK, Europe, the US and Asia. I have particular experience acting in wholesale fixed income and currency markets, having acted on investigations involving spot FX, FX options, SSA bonds, illiquid bonds and interest rate swaps. I have insight into how global financial firms operate. I have spent time working at a number of banks on client secondments, including Morgan Stanley, Barclays and The Royal Bank of Scotland.I am recognised as a Next Generation Leading Individual for Banking Litigation and Commercial Litigation in Legal 500.
