DESIGN & DELIVER SKILL-BUILDING DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEADERS AT ALL LEVELS IN THE ORGANIZATION. PROVIDE ONE-ON-ONE AND TEAM COACHING.▶ Created and delivered a leadership development cohort program to provide skill-building for people leaders in the areas of Strengths-Based Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Team Effectiveness, and Performance Management.
