Served as a consultant for the IDEAS (Innovation, Diversity, Excellence, Access and Success) program evaluator to assist in developing an evaluation strategic plan for their newly established student resource center. Provided consultation regarding data management procedures (capturing, archiving, and data security), navigating data politics, and advised on methodologies for analyses (quantitative and qualitative), interpretation of data outputs, and dissemination of results to campus stakeholders. Aligning the IDEAS program logic model with the evaluation strategic plan to be used through the course of the federally funded supported programs.
