Spatial design for the food service industry. Establishing flow throughout the interior space for both customers and kitchen staff to determine the most effective use of the provided layout.Ensured a seamless project from start to finish keeping in mind equipment cost, innovation, code compliance and integration of overall design with the operational flow of the space. Tasks included but were not limited to:- Developing a preliminary food service layout based on client needs and preferred equipment manufacturers. - Creating plumbing, electrical and mechanical plans using CAD software.- Setting up an itemized budget based on equipment selection.- Reviewing client red lines to make any necessary changes and receiving final sign offs for city approval.

Haifa Area, Israel

Working alongside transportation engineers and city planners to complete government contracts throughout Israel. Following strict transportation codes and restrictions set by various cities, our team was responsible for roads, signage, parking lots, bridges and highways.Drawings were completed in AutoCAD and were submitted to city planning committees for approval.
