Supported the Instrumentation and Control Engineering department in teaching postgraduate students the use of MADe (Maintenance Aware Design software) to perform:• System modeling to simulate and analyze system behaviors in various scenarios.• Design and Execute fault injection procedures to assess system resilience and performance under simulated failure conditions.• Sensor Set Analysis: Analyze sensor sets to ensure optimal data acquisition for health monitoring, providing valuable insights into system performance.• Reliability Analysis: Conduct in-depth reliability analyses to identify potential areas for improvement, working towards enhancing overall system robustness.• Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA): FMECA studies to systematically evaluate and prioritize failure modes, their effects, and criticalities in complex systems.

Responsible for the maintance, refurbishment and testing of TechnipFMC Subsea Controls Modules(subsea router modules, workover control modules) as well as all dedicated Control systems and equipment.This includes mechanical assembly, electrical assembly and testing, hydraulic pressure testing, flushing and control of hydraulic systems, function testing, and troubleshooting/fault finding.Also responsible for installation and testing of SCM, PT sensors and harnesses on subsea equipment in the workshop. Responsible for factory acceptance testing of trees, SCM’s and sensors.

Responsible for conducting inspections on materials, parts, products, and assemblies, along with associated documentation. I ensured the timely and accurate completion of inspection reports and maintained adherence to existing work routines, practices, procedures, and systems. My role encompassed receiving control, processing, and final control, involving dimensional checks and visual verifications. I approved the quality of machined parts and assemblies based on acceptance criteria and reviewed technical documentation accompanying products/components, such as measurement reports, material certificates, declarations of conformity, and welding/NDT reports. Additionally, I liaised with suppliers as necessary, developed and maintained inspection plans, and provided assistance in technical control tasks, guidance, and training. I played a key role in the control and verification of calibrated equipment, reported and processed deviations/Non-Conformances, and contributed to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Documenting my work and supporting training initiatives were also integral aspects of my responsibilities during this role.

Reviewed key interface information. Monitored status of supplier technical documentation against the document register or supplier data list.Managed the technical queries issued by the supplier and interface with the client for technical queries approval. Developed an Inspection and Test plan for control system equipment
