Client Services Supervisor
Current- Coordinate and perform activities associated with distribution- Participate in meetings on a regular basis to coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel - Identify and develop strategic and innovative solutions to enhance business productivity and increase sales- Work with management in handling any problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes - Perform research to gather information required by management- Give feedback to management regarding potential employees and make recommendations to management concerning procedural changes- Analyze financial activities, such as current or future sales- Manage multiple, cross-functional tasks and execute projects on time- Oversee staff training and development, as well as customer service initiatives- Assist in answering questions regarding services and implement work procedures and company policies to staff in conjunction with management- Maintain records, such as sales reports, and discuss performance evaluations with management- Determine and delegate duty assignments for staff and provide support in facilitating productivity and overcoming difficult aspects of work- Provide support to customer service staff and ensure quality standards and proper procedures are being followed and that deadlines are met. No travel or language fluency required.
