As a Corporate Quality rep, my goal was to ensure the continued success of both departments, leading the ongoing auditing process as well as the development of action plans that will ensure the success of each department considering their individual goals and needs.• Overcome business challenges by proposing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.• Attend client calls to coordinate business strategies (The client being AT&T). • Host calibration sessions with department heads and team managers to clarify doubts and ensure understanding of the goals.• Conduct evaluations and present results so that they could be assimilated and used by the employees to improve their performance. • Create action plans to improve sales performance.• Ensure that all procedures established by the company were followed to the letter.
