Based on Broadgate, a 32-acre neighbourhood office and retail estate, my duties are report to senior management and working autonomously to provide customized operational and administrative support, editing reports, documents, presentations, entering data, maintaining data- bases, keeping records being involved in decision-making processes behalf the office taking responsibility of accounts and budgets. Planning and organizing an annual events calendar as such Summer, Winter and Christmas parties. Responsible on re-branding, designing, and organizing the in-house EDGE awards.Following up and reporting any maintenance and cleaning issues and observing best business practices and etiquette devising/maintaining office systems and ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.

Operating as Front of House Receptionist between 14 different buildin- gs at the Broadgate Estate, I was welcoming and supporting all guests, providing an excellent customer service through a warm and friendly approach being the first point of contact. With my “can do” attitude, problem solving and flexibility, “going the extra mile” in all challenging situations and administrative support tasks across the organization.

Working in a day to day operations and smooth running of the 5,500 sqm showroom with a £5.2 million turnover I was motivating and trai- ning the full sales team members into more specialised roles and suc- cession planning. Also monitoring KPIs and reaching sales as monito- ring competitors within the furniture industry and developing different sales strategies. Directly reporting and preparing analysis and reports to the management team and maintaining trade clients and B2B customer service to the highest standards.
