Over 40 years of rich blend of experience in Industry, Academics and Applied Research. Has proven experience in building Higher Educational Institutions / Organisations in India and abroad. Managed cross cultural and cross functional teams and achieved results under challenging environments. Quick Learner and can adapt himself to varying work environments. Under his leadership ICFAI University , Jharkhand was ranked among top 10 private Universities in East Zone and among op 50 in India ,by independent ranking agencies. The University was ranked among top 10 in India for Quality of Education by the Times Higher Education-2021. Has passion for improving the Quality of Higher Education in India. Believes that educational institutions must inculcate right Attitude ,Values and Ethics in the students , besides imparting skills and knowledge. Has passion for quality academic research. Introduced and nurtured an innovative PhD program in Management , for Working Professionals, which is considered to be one of the best in India, in its class. Honoured by Rama Krishna Mission Ashrama for his efforts in inculcating Values among students.
