Project: Jabal Omar Development Project (JODP) – Phase I – EPC PROJECT - Design and Built Main Contractor for 5 brand Hotels (Hilton Suites, CONRAD, Marriott, Hyatt Regency, Hilton Convention) with total built up area 23,000 m2.- The estimated project value is 3,700,400 Saudi Riyals.- I managed only two brands Hilton convention & Marriott

Project: King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST) - Thuwal - The project total built-up area is 600,000 m2.- Consisting of 21 building and all related infrastructure works. - The project is of an Estimated Value of 3.2 billion US$. - My main task to Coordinate and control Engineering submittals, review and approvals

Project: King Faisal University Permanent Campus- Sharing the design team to perform the design work for KFU.- Preparing project proposals, detail design, till tender documents.- The total site area is 2.5 million square meter.- Total buildings area is 570,000 m2.- Client / ARAMCO & King Faisal University - Main designer Kajima Corporation, Tokyo - My main role, Planning and Architectural college, Medical colleges (male/ female) & Food services buildings (male/ female).
