I have successfully delivered solutions for various clients, including universities, student unions, cooperatives, charities, and businesses helping them to enhance their performance, quality, and impact. I am a Senior Consultant at Halpin, a higher education management consultancy, where I work across all their services areas: Governance & Policy, People & Culture, Fundraising & Alumni Relations, Strategy & Transformation. I also specialise in equity, diversity & inclusion, anti-racism, and democracy & governance, leveraging my skills and experience as the founder of Make Diversity Count.Make Diversity Count is an intersectional movement that aims to advance anti-discrimination action for sustainable impactful long-term change. I launched this initiative in 2020, after witnessing and experiencing discrimination in different settings, and since then, I have been leading campaigns, training, research, workshops, and partnerships to influence change. I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree from The University of Hull, where I also served as a two-term president of the students’ union and a member of the university council. I have a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and public relations, and I have received multiple awards and honours for my achievements and contributions.I'm a team player with a strong passion for sport; I am a European silver medalist and was an Olympic torchbearer!
