Mr. Osbrink is a seasoned small business and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership, management, business development, and marketing design. He is currently a Chick-fil-A Franchisee in Ontario California. He took over an existing restaurant in 2010 which had a history of plateaued sales over the prior four years. From 2010 through 2019, he and his team more than quintupled total sales. This earned him six vehicles from the Symbol of Success awards program for top sales percentage increases in 2011, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Additionally he earned the Champions Club award in 2016, 2017, and 2018 for exceeding a high profit percentage goal. Mr. Osbrink attaining six Symbol of Success awards puts him amongst only ten Operators chain-wide to accomplish this since the award’s inception in 1975.Prior to being a Chick-fil-A franchisee, Mr. Osbrink established 1UP Design Studios, Inc. and was the sole Principal of the company. 1UP Design Studios was a full service graphic, web and multimedia design studio specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Following the commercial real estate market colapse, he sought out a new career path with Chick-fil-A.Prior to founding 1up Design Studios, Inc., Mr. Osbrink was the Director of Marketing Design Services for Grubb & Ellis, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate services firms. He founded and led the Marketing Design Services group, which assisted brokers with their high-end print and electronic marketing needs.
