• Maintain and audit productivity data to assure accurate efficiency and utilization of manpower per labor standards for three assembly lines.• Conduct new product review and feedback for improvements in manufacturability during the initial phases of design through implementation.• Attend process review and safety/ergonomic buyoff meetings for new model processes and support budget development as applicable. • Process owner of standard time studies, line balance, design layouts, standardized work instructions and manning requirements.• Pilot run & new models launch supporting.• Function as a true change agent to bring about cultural and physical change resulting in long term improvement.• Analyze new processes and equipment with the intent of achieving continuous improvement of present methods.• Generates capital investment request (IR's) required for new process implementation and controls expenditures to ensure compliance with timing and budget requirements.

*Coordinating training for EMS principles* Manage and strategize KPI’s including Unit Labor Cost for the Assembly Department.*Optimize manufacturing philosophy on the floor while leading by example. * Lean manufacturing development for Team leader and Unit leaders. Also being able to train Unit Leaders as well as Award certification. *Monitor Gear status on Team Member level as well. Unit Leader provides the information. *Implementing Lean manufacturing concepts within leadership. *Providing Cost Savings initiatives hand and hand with industrial engineers and assembly leadership. *Project delegation with Industrial Engineers, Unit Leaders, and Team Leaders. *Reviewing, generating, and improving A-3’s, 8D, and Improvement activities sheets. Report and send CIT improvements to EMS leadership and corporate level. Act as a gatekeeper to EMS; specifically to CIT activity. *DFP problem solving concerning lost units daily.*Mentor leadership with tools relating to educational growth in the form of coaching, presentations, new concepts, benchmarking, and lean manufacturing philosophy. *Establish Drill Downs and clearly report to upper management KPI indicators. In addition, lead activities with Unit Leaders; making sure champions and actions are being optimized each month. *Auditing Manning, ISO, Level 3 and Level 4 boards.
