In charge of a production floor of PVC injection fittings facility. 75 Associates, 14 injection machines, materials inventory and all manufacturing indicators of the operation.Relocation of a PVC injection plant of Accesorios Plásticos Centroamericanos (APC-1994) to a new building, this relocation was achieved in one week. The activities included uninstall, translate, and reinstall 10 injection machines, raw material warehouse, molds warehouse and shops. The plant was running with no major problems the next week.. Implementation of SMED methodology for mold change in the injection operation of APC, improving productivity in 15%, 1993. I introduced 5S`s methodology in APC achieving a substantial improvement of physical organization of injection area, warehouse, environmental conditions, fast tool, parts and raw materials location (1993) In charge of design, built and installation of a new testing lab for PVC pipes and fittings at PPC and APC plants (Amanco-1992), following ASTM standard required to properly test the products.
