I transferred production lines from the USA to MX, I planned and designed the layout of the manufacturing cells; I created the procedures for the assembly of the new product, trained the personnel assigned to the new area, and follow-up was given until the line reached the efficiency goal. I coordinated a group of interns in the design and development of one test equipment that was proposed, approved, and executed successfully. I designed manufacturing lines focused on ergonomics, efficiency, implementing methods of quality and procedures to inspect, test, and evaluate the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.
