Provision and management of effective internal education and training for all VR products, for all members of sales and delivery teams. Seen as the ‘go-to expert’ for all aspects of VR within the companyDevelopment of engaging user guides, tutorials, instructions, user comms, and sales collateral.Product ambassador at all levels – internally and externally, including active participation in sales/client meetings.Direct creation of pitch presentations and other sales materials. Lead on the design, creation, and iterative improvement of our award-winning flagship assessment platform "Capptivate" from a content and technical perspective,, This SaaS solution is currently used by the vast majority of our clients including Accenture, EY, KPMG, Deloitte, Aviva, Barclays, SKY, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and the NHS.Creating scoping documents and accessible alternatives for virtual reality assessment experiences.Working with relevant key stakeholders from across the business define product specifications for new propositions that meet client and market needs.Working with colleagues across the business to capture and record implementation steps for new propositions to support delivery and accurate quality assurance.Lead consultant on the design and delivery of high-value award-winning online assessment solutions across a range of large accounts including The Co-op, Barclays, Bechtel, ICAEW, HSBC, GSK, Deloitte and Grant Thornton. Review and sign off of the content delivery of others, offering feedback to ensure quality improvements and the adoption of a ‘right first-time’ attitude across the team.
