I recently graduated with my B.A.S. in Management and Organizational Leadership from Seminole State College of Florida. Throughout my college career, I worked part-time in customer service roles where I enhanced my skills in communication, problem-solving, active listening, and teamwork. In my senior year, I was offered an amazing opportunity to intern at Anova Furnishings. My role as a Sales Support Intern helped me to develop my knowledge of Anova’s products and culture, while providing support to my sales team. In this internship, I became skilled in working with Salesforce, a widely used CRM software. I was also exposed to working with multiple different departments which increased my knowledge of Anova’s efficient processes. After graduating in December of 2023, I transitioned to working full-time for Anova Furnishings as an Account Specialist, and soon after, promoted to an Account Manager where I currently focus on growing our Retail market.
