As the Website Content Supervisor, I was responsible for digital accessibility, content management and new functionality on ttc.ca. I worked with management, content owners, stakeholders and staff to ensure that TTC's digital message was clear and easy to understand. I manage multiple vendors to develop new, accessible features and coordinated regular.

As Account Manager at Devlin Digital, I served as the primary contact and conduit between our clients and my colleagues. I acted as account manager for TTC (Toronto Transit Commission), Lexus Canada, Scotiabank Giller Prize Foundation, and Roy Thompson / Massey Hall.

As Project Manager in the interactive team I help manage the end-to-end cycle of web development projects and provide team leadership to the design and production team.

Working with management and development teams, I was responsible for planning, managing and tracking a number of projects and project-oriented tasks. As Operations Manger, I developed and maintained procedures for company and department operations. Most recently, I managed the customer service team, for a website boasting up to 20 000 new members per week.

In my years at PiMedia, I took responsibility for several projects, tasks, and functions within the interactive media department. I acted as a production designer, customer service representative, webmaster, Flash programmer, HTML coder, team leader, project coordinator and manager.
