• Well Testing, Completion and Workover supervision(Daily Planning & report).• Completion & Workover operations optimization.• Perform WT & completion designs.• Prepare detailed procedures and completion programs.• Review and trouble shoot WT & completion procedures and programs for potential execution issues and recommend solutions to resolve issues.• Work with COMPANY engineers, rig supervisors and suppliers to design well test procedures and equipment lay-out.• Work with Operations personnel to ensure safety, health, environment and controls are addressed in the design and implementation of completion operations.• Provide rig site support as required.• Provide QA / QC during the planning phase for completion equipment.• Interface with vendors and service providers to ensure equipment and services are provided in a timely manner.• Long lead planning - identify and secure long lead equipment (interface with logistics) and prepare purchase requisitions. • Support and supervision in: tubing design, perforate, Fluids, Wireline, Coiled tubing,etc.• Evaluate new technologies for cost-effective application.
