Osman completed his graduation from the University of Dhaka major in International Business, and worked under different terms with Teach For Bangladesh, YY Ventures, Nestlé Bangladesh and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of organization development, non-profit organization management, impact measurement, project management, human resource management and operations.Osman was engaged in social services since his college days.
