The key responsibilities:• Make effective communication with public institutions including DAE, DLS, DPHE, BARI, BRRI, and relevant private sectors for implementing/ supporting ER-3 activities.• Facilitate and finalize tripartite agreement process among CARE Bangladesh (JANO project), Government (DAE, DLS, WASH, others), and relevant private sectors for ensuring multi-sectoral nutrition governance on NSA.• Provide support to develop training modules and design workshops to supplement activities under ER-3.• Outsourcing/crowdsourcing to research/ studies that contribute to ER3.• Field supervision and technical support/ feedback to TO-NSA and implementing partners for further development around ER3.• Work with government and private sectors to promote and ensure high-value nutrition technologies for demonstration and further advancement.

Achievements:• Conducted a feasibility study and prepared a report on the scope of work in the resilient-focused areas (Cox’s Bazar and Bandarban) under FtF Bangladesh Aquaculture and Nutrition Activity• Developed outline for Stakeholders’ engagement and facilitated to development of 06 annual work plan• Developed over 20 business plans and solicitation/ToR related to access to finance, access to quality input (Fish seed, feed, medicinal products, and mechanization), access to forward market, product diversifications and value addition, digital solutions and policy advocacy in aquaculture sector of Bangladesh• Developed more than 20 business proposals for private partners (Activities, budget, implementation strategy)• Served as the primary point of contact for a diverse group of 15 private partners, and successfully managed a leveraged fund exceeding $2.5 million. The objective of the ECOFISH Project: Improved resilience and governance of the Padma-Meghna river-estuarine ecosystem and livelihood of communities reliant on Hilsa fisheriesAchievements:• Led 01 Hilsa stakeholders’ analysis, 05 feasibility, and 36 community profiling study and prepared reports• Collaborated with 36 villages and Ghat-based conservation organizations (Hilsa Conservation Group-HCG, Hilsa Ghat Group-HGG), Upazila level co-management committees, and other stakeholders (DoF, MoPA, BD Police, Coast Guard, CSOs, local government, and Community Leaders) to ensure effective management of stakeholders in hilsa governance, biodiversity conservation & natural resources management• Led and oversaw Hilsa Biology and stock assessments study, and Research findings management (data collection, processing, data decoding, documentation, and reporting)• Facilitated strengthening of Monitoring, Control, and Surveillance capability through establishing landing center-based Community Hilsa Guard (CHG) to promote sustainable harvesting of Hilsa and other aquatic resources in the Meghna River systems in the southern coastal belt• Established 35 community savings groups (CSG) engaging fishers’ women as a part of a livelihood resilience plan.• Facilitated to prepare Standard operational guidelines for HCG, HGG, CSG, CHG, and co-management committee• Collaborated with over 7000 fishing households to enhance the adaptive capacities of the communities dependent on coastal fisheries through different interventions for livelihood resilience of resource users• Managed office finance, accounts, procurement, and admin, supervised 04 programs and admin staff• Act as a focal point for partner NGO monitoring and coordination (COAST Trust)• Prepared reports (quantitative report, feasibility reports, community profiling report, etc.)
