Responsible for planning and providing training for all United States Army Reserve and National Guard units preparing for worldwide deployments. Responsible for providing technical support for all Paralegal Soldiers that are part of First Army that included two divisions, 16 brigades, and 7 mobilization stations.

Responsible for instructing, coaching and advising Afghan Nation Army Officers and Non-commissioned Officers on the rule of law, non-judical punishment, courts-martial, and administrative separations. Responsible for over 1.2 million dollars worth of contracts to build to Afghan Nation Army Legal Academy

Managed all Active Army Paralegal Enlisted Soldier Military Occupational Specialties 27D (Paralegal Specialist) consisting of over 1200 enlisted Soldiers; duties included assignments, promotions, reenlistments, schooling and separations; responsible for the professional development of the Judge Advocate General's Paralegal force by coordinating NCOES, reclassification training, and future assignments; reviewed the distribution of all Paralegals Specialist (27D) to maximize unit and personnel readiness.
