o Managing daily hub operations for last mile delivery and first mile merchant pickups day by day,o Dispatching, routing and tracking of Hub E-Commerce Delivery Fleet.o Maintaining records and reports of performance and quality.o Troubleshooting supply problems, analyses, and reporting of the issues,o Developing and maintain strong relationships with all delivery agents/couriers.o Communicating any delivery issues with the customer care team.o Resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to delivery and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.o Manage real-time fleet capacity and Plan as per available resources for bike and van deliveries.o Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Customers, vendors and other internal teams.o Ensure all team members and couriers are trained and aware of operational processes,o Ensure hub opening and closing are done as per operational standards and requirements.

o Manage hub team and working on improve the team performance.o Responsible for day to day and weekly reports.o Monitoring and maintaining the flow of internal operations (receiving, dispatching, Cycle, 5S,etc)o Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines,o Monitor the hub queue status and volume.o Effectively solve Vendor’s problems.o Ensuring highest quality during QC process.
