The AB team meets with clients on a quarterly basis with interim follow-ups as needed. SCORE offers expertise specifically matched to the client’s challenges, including cost control, cash management, finance, marketing, technology, franchising, operations, organizational structure, human resources, succession planning, and other business challenges. It can also provide amazing support for the Chief Executive and is often very helpful for a business undergoing management transition. While the AB team members are not paid, there is a small AB Service fee for the client of $3k. At present, I personally have been on three boards and I have seen its enormous impact and benefit to clients.
