Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetarycontrols. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Train staff. Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures. Resolve conflict situations that may arise, especially by providing continued in-personsupport for the Toronto region. Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations. Update and maintain the internal operating system/project management software (ActiveCampaign, Calendly, and Zapier). Coordinate project support for Eastern Canada by establishing clear lines of communicationbetween internal staff, the sales department, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as a liaison to convey project requirements, timelines, and updates between differentteams. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are assigned appropriately, anddeadlines are met. Use project management tools and software to track progress andidentify potential issues in advance. Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure that Eastern Canada and sales teamshave the necessary resources, including personnel and equipment, to support projects. Implement effective documentation processes to track project details, agreements, andcommunication.
