• Prepare models with LOD 300, 400 and 500. Also all BIM management documents, otherwise update them according project and client requirements;• Extract all BIM deliverables (i.e. All drawings including shop drawings and BOQs, clash reports etc.). in addition, Develop reports, layouts, specifications, and detailed construction drawings/documents;• Checking and verifying design drawings to confirm specifications and design data as per project’s requirements. By solving the clashes maintaining performance and mitigating material waste, using Revit or Navisworks;• Creating Requests for information “RFIs” & Reports in order to verify issues regarding design & construction;• Coordinate, troubleshoot, and approve installation activities as inspection services to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and specifications.
