About Otto Wicks-Green

Hi! I'm a strategic designer with over a decade of experience in mobile and web user-experience design, digital product development and product strategy. I have a strong track record of leading and delivering products that hit the mark, for both users and stakeholders. There's a lot of smoke and mirrors in this industry, but I believe in designing experiences and products through the rigour of lean design, enabling fast recognition and validation of the assumptions behind the product, and measuring success on what really matters.Specifically, I have experience in: leading and coaching teams in Lean UX methodoligies, overall design responsibility for the discovery, design and rollout of strategic initiatives and UX design and delivery support across a range of technology projects (with a focus on responsive web design and mobile apps). I also have experience in service design projects to deliver leading cross-channel experiences, and strategic innovation projects using blended strategic design methodologies to define and scope disruptive products and strategies.I'm also a songwriter and guitarist with 'sleepmakeswaves' an Australian band nominated for three ARIA awards. I love music and creating compositions and performances that move people.
