Transport NSWPTIPS Web App ProjectWinner of "Best Government Initiative" and "Best Overall Initiative"The Public Transport Information and Priority System, abbreviated PTIPS, is a computer-based system that brings together information about public transport entities, such as buses. Where applicable, PTIPS can also provide transport vehicles with priority at traffic signals.PTIPS consists of a number of hardware and software components installed on-board buses which wirelessly communicate with a central set of servers. PTIPS also relies on an interface with Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS - to provide the priority feature) and bus/route/timetable data provided by bus organisations and government authorities.PTIPS provides:-Real-time tracking of bus location and status.Traffic light priority for late running buses.Bus/Timetable performance and reliability reports.Real-time Bus arrival information for bus stops.Main Responsibilities:• Analyse Functional and Business documents to understand the system functionality• Working within an Agile based methodology (Iterative delivery) on PTIPS web based UI• Author PTIPS Web UI Evo Project Test Plan• Liaise with Business Analysts, Developers and User Experience specialist throughout test planning and execution• Write and execute test objectives using JIRA• Planning and Allocation of work to test team• Responsible for management of test team estimates and adherence to schedules, ensuring they align with project timelines• Responsible for ensuring Senior Test Management is across any appropriate high-impacting issues likely to affect the team process or progress• Priorisitation of test objectives• Record, manage and follow through all defects using JIRA• Participate in planning sessions and daily stand up• Regression testing and Comparative testing at the end of every Iteration• Ad hoc exploratory testing before BETA release• Performance Verification Testing releases to production

The project was to carry out exploratory testing on the Ten main website (tenplay), a windows based mobile application and the new Masterchef website. The client was also interested in learning more about Agile methodology so project was carried out using this approach.Main Responsibilities:• Liaised with Head of Digital Technology and Digital Technology Project Director and Producers• Identified User Stories for all three areas of the project and formulated test plan• Prioritised areas along with business requirements through discussions with Producers• Verified Business requirements with Producers• Held daily stand-up meetings with key stakeholders• Produced the daily execution status report for client• Logged all defects in JIRA• Defect analysis with project owners• Prepared end of project Test Summary report• Debriefed Head of Digital Technology with project process and results

Sydney AirportAutomated Baggage Drop Project (Feb 2014)Automatic baggage handling system was designed by ICM Airport Technics for Sydney International Airport. It is an option provided for travellers instead of the current manual baggage handling system.
